Return Policy for Accessories:

All accessories, bridal hair accessories, purses, gift cards, bows, and jewelry are FINAL SALE. Veils with customizations are also FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on accessories, bridal hair accessories, or jewelry for reasons other than items that were damaged or in error. 

ALL BLACK FRIDAY SALES PLACED NOVEMBER 20-NOVEMBER 27, 2023 ARE FINAL SALE. 

Any Items ordered and canceled will be refunded with store credit. 

Return Policy for Bridal Veils, Sleeves, Dresses, and Clothing:

If you do not love your Jay Kay veil, sleeves, dress, or clothing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery date to start your return. Email us at jaykaybraidsandbridal@gmail.com to begin your return.

We offer easy and free returns for bridal veils, sleeves, dresses, and clothing for store credit that never expires.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Your item must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.

Once your return is approved, you will be sent a free return label to the e-mail associated with your order (for U.S and Canadian orders). International orders are responsible for purchasing their own return label.**

Once your return is received, we will begin the inspection process. You will receive an e-mail containing your Store Credit within 3-5 business days if your return is approved. 

Please be aware, there is a $5.00 fee for restocking any and all returns.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept any return beyond the 7-day time frame. You can always contact us for any return question at jaykaybraidsandbridal@gmail.com.

Before purchasing your veil or sleeves, feel free to send us a message as we are happy to provide suggestions for what style and color will match your dress the best!

 

Exchanges:

We do not currently allow exchanges. All returns are processed and issued as Store Credit once approved. You can use your Store Credit to purchase an exchange if you'd like!

 

Damages and Issues

If the purchased product is faulty or damaged, reach out to us at jaykaybraidsandbridal@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivered date! We are dedicated to making things right!
