Return Policy

Return Policy:
All fashion accessories, bridal hair accessories, and bridal jewelry are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on fashion accessories, bridal hair accessories, or bridal jewelry for reasons other than items that were damaged or in error. Please note that if an item arrives damaged or in error, you will need to contact us with the transaction number within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a replacement. In these cases, we will cover the return and exchange shipping costs.

Return policy for bridal veils:
We offer easy and free returns for bridal veils. We understand that it is important to try on your veil with your dress to ensure the color and lace matches. If you do not love your Jay Kay veil, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at jaykaybraidsandbridal@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be emailed a return shipment label that can be printed out and placed over the old shipping label. Please send the product back in the original packaging and return all items in their original, unused condition. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept any return beyond the 7-day time frame. You can always contact us for any return question at jaykaybraidsandbridal@gmail.com.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
