Accessories
All accessories, bridal hair accessories, purses, gift cards, bows, jewelry, and clearance items are FINAL SALE. Veils with customizations are also FINAL SALE.
We do not accept returns on these items unless they arrive damaged or in error.
Canceled Orders:

If your order has already been packaged, your refund will be issued as store credit.

If your order has not yet been packaged, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Bridal Veils, Dresses & Getting Ready Outfits
If you’re not in love with your Jay Kay veil, dress, or getting ready outfit, please email us at jaykaybraidsandbridal@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to start your return.
We offer easy, free returns for veils, dresses, and getting ready outfits for store credit that never expires.
Return requirements:

Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, and in original packaging

Must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks

Getting ready outfits must be free of makeup, self-tanner, and deodorant marks
Return process:

Once approved, you’ll receive a free return label via email for U.S. and Canadian orders

International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs

Upon receiving your return, we’ll inspect it and issue your store credit within 3–5 business days if approved

A $5 restocking fee applies to all returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns beyond the 7-day window. If you have questions before purchasing, we’re happy to help you choose the perfect style and color for your dress or outfit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. All approved returns are issued as store credit, which you may use to place a new order.
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email jaykaybraidsandbridal@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
