Return Policy:
**Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales are Final**
All accessories, bridal hair accessories, and bridal jewelry are FINAL SALE. Veils with customizations are also FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on accessories, bridal hair accessories, or bridal jewelry for reasons other than items that were damaged or in error. Please note that if an item arrives damaged or in error, you will need to contact us with the transaction number within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a replacement. In these cases, we will cover the return and exchange shipping costs.

Exchange Policy for Bridal Veils:

Did your veil not match your dress? Or was the tulle color slightly off? If so, email us and we can exchange your bridal veil. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receiving your product.

Bridal Sleeves are not eligible for returns, but may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your product. 


Return Policy for Bridal Veils:

We offer easy returns for bridal veils. We understand that it is important to try on your veil with your dress to ensure the color and lace matches. If you do not love your Jay Kay veil, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Your item must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping is NOT covered for your return, and It is your responsibility to cover shipping costs for your return or exchange. 
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept any return beyond the 7-day time frame. You can always contact us for any return question at

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
